Changes are made periodically concerning the terms and methods under which we run this program. The following areas were affected in the recent changes.

1. APPLICATION
(a) The maximum limit of applications that will be allowed each year is now put at 5,500. No additional application will be accepted beyond this limit. The entry form will be locked when this limit is reached.

(b) From past record, lots of applicants do not send all of their entry requirements. We have decided that any entry that does not comply with all requirements will be invalidated.

2. METHOD OF ENTRY
Entry is made online by completing the entry form page in this website. Entry documents are also uploaded to the entry form or sent by email.

3. PAYMENT METHOD FOR ENTRY FEE
Payment method for entry fee has also been modified to further make it easy. Payment is now made online. Except when the need arise, entry documents will no longer be sent separately. Applicants will now upload their documents at the entry form page and make payment online.

TIPS TO NOTE FOR SELECTION

In completing entry form your names should match what is on your credentials.
Passport size should be about 2 by 2 inches.
Passport must have a neutral background different from shirt color, white is preferable.
Low quality passport with poor image visibility will invalidate your entry.
Thumbprint must be vertical not horizontal. Right or Left thumbprint is acceptable.
Scanned copies of your credentials must contain contact details through which verification can be made with the certificate awarding institutions.
Submit any other information you think will aid a faster verification of your certificates.
Submit also a one-paged description of your background giving reasons why you should be considered.
Postgraduate candidates with grade below second-class lower division need not apply.
Entry must be made on time. The entry form page at this website will be locked after the 5500^th entry or after the deadline date. No further entries will be received.
